FOTIS KREMMYDAS is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Athens.  In 1968 he founded a law office, that later has developed and become one of the most famous law offices in Greece with a significant number of associates.  In 2002 together with his associates, he founded the Law Firm “F. KREMMYDAS – PH. DORIS & ASSOCIATES”.  He is a prestigious lawyer in corporate and civil law and member of the Hellenic Commercial Law Association and Civil Law Association.  He is an expert in the field of arbitrations, litigations and business transactions and has been appointed member of the Board of Directors of several state owned companies and private corporations.  He is currently a member of the Supreme Attorney Disciplinary Commission, a body in which he has participated form more than a decade. He is also a member of the Court of Actions of Mistrial.Arbitrator of the European Organization of Mediation and Arbitration (EODID).

 

PROFESSOR PHILIPPOS DORIS emeritus since 2009, is a graduate of the Law School of Athens University, Doctor of the University of Munich and Honorary Doctorate from the Democritus University of Thrace.  He was an active member of the faculty of the University of Athens until 2009 and since then has continued to participate in the post graduate program of the Department of Civil Law at the same University. He is the author of many legal books, articles, legal comments and relevant studies.  He was a member of the Editorial Board of "NOMIKO VIMA", the monthly magazine published by the Athens Bar Association, legal counsel of "National Cadastre SA" and a member of the Legal Council of the Commercial Bank. He also participated in many legislative committees. He is Honorary Chairman of the Civil Law Association and a member of the Association of Judicial Studies.Arbitrator of the European Organization of Mediation and Arbitration (EODID). He speaks German and French fluently.

 

NIKOLAOS DOUNAVIS is a graduate of the law faculty of the University of Athens and specializes in labour law.

 

EFI KYRIAZI is a graduate of the law faculty of the University of Athens and specializes in Property Law dealing with the law of expropriation, transfer of property, land registry, in Commercial Law on issues relating to the operation of businesses, corporate conventions, business transfers, integration into business process improvement, as well as malpractice cases on issues of private clinics and medical errors.  She speaks English.

 

Dr. ROULA LIOSSI is a graduate of the law faculty of the University of Athens and holds a Ph.D. in Civil Law from the University of Athens.  She also attended lectures at the University of Muenster, Germany.  She is the author of series of articles concerning mainly subjects of Civil Law (interpretation of articles of Civil Code, comments of court decisions etc.).  For many years she was lecturing “Introduction into Civil Law” at Training Courses organized by Commercial Bank of Greece for its employees. She specializes in Civil Law (mainly Contract and Family Law), litigations and arbitrations, malpractice cases, as well as in Energy Law.  She speaks fluently German and English.

 

FANI KARAYANNI is a graduate of the law faculty of the University of Athens.  She also studied Private and Public German Law at the University of Munich.  She also attended two semesters German Private and Public Law at the University of Munich.  She obtained her postgraduate degree (D.E.A.) from the University of Nancy II, specializing in European Law.  Prior to joining “F. KREMMYDAS - PH. DORIS AND ASSOCIATES” she worked as a legal translator -“juriste linguiste”- at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.  She specializes in Civil Law, litigations and arbitrations.  She speaks fluently French and German.

 

DIMITRIS BOUKIS is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens and holds a LL.M. in European and Economic Law from the London School of Economics. Upon graduation he worked for the European Commission and European Parliament in Brussels before joining UNILEVER as a manager for two years.  He specializes in Property and Corporate law, as well as in international business transactions.  He speaks fluently English and French.

 

PATRICIA ADAMOPOULOU has graduated of the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens, Faculty, where she has, afterwards and for many years, served, as a member of the Department of International Studies.  She is practicing law and litigation, specialized in Civil and Private International Law.  She has been for ten years a columnist in the Athens newspaper “TO VIMA”, and is fluent in French, English and German.

 

CONSTANTINOS MALLIOS is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens and holds a LL.M. from the University of London (Queen Mary College).  He specializes in Civil and Family Law as well as in Corporate and Real Estate Law and relevant litigations.  He speaks fluently English.

 

Assistant Professor VAGIAS PANAGIOTOPOULOS is a graduate of the Law School of Athens’ University, holder of two masters degrees (LLM) in Civil Law from the Universities of Athens (2001) and Munich (2003) and Doctor of the University of Munich (2007). His dissertation under the title «Claim for refund of unjustified payments under a letter of bank guarantee on first demand» obtained the highest note “summa cum laude” and was awarded from the Munich Legal Society as the best dissertation of the Law School of the University of Munich for the academic year 2006/2007 in the field of private law. In the year 2010 he was elected Lecturer of civil law at the Law School of Αthens’ University and in the year 2018 was elected Assistant Professor at the same Law School. He teaches General Principles of Civil Law, Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, Property Law, Law of Succession and Security of Credits. He is the author of three monographies and of a significant number of studies and comments on court decisions for various civil law issues. He also participates in projects for the “article by article” interpretation of the Greek Civil Code. He specializes in litigation and arbitration related to Civil and Commercial law cases. He is a member of the Civil Law Association and collaborates with the journals “Chronicles of Private Law” and “Theory and Praxis of Civil Law”. He speaks German, English and French.

 

BEATRICE METALLINOU is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Athens with a postgraduate degree in Tax Law at the Athens University of Economics and Business. Prior to joining “F. KREMMYDAS – PH. DORIS AND ASSOCIATES” she worked for law offices specializing in finance, stock market cases and labor law. She was also the legal advisor at the INTRACOM-AKTOR-ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI group specializing in the renewable energy sector. She specializes in Civil and Corporate Law. She speaks English, French, German.

 

IRINNA DOUKAKAROU is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the Athens University and holds a masters degree (LLM) in Civil Law from the aforementioned University. She specializes in litigation related to civil and commercial law issues (mainly contract law, tort, property and succession law), consumer protection law issues as well as land registry issues. She has previously collaborated with “NATIONAL CADASTRE S.A.”. She speaks English, German, Swedish and Spanish.
